At Lulu and Georgia, we want you to love your home, so if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on most items within 60 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective materials included to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund has been processed.
